Successful Living is proud to congratulate Kevin Sanders, our Housing Program Manager, on receiving the 2026 Community Builder Award from the Iowa Association of Community Providers (IACP) on October 27, 2026.
Kevin was nominated for this recognition by Successful Living Executive Director Dr. Joseph Massa in honor of his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to improving the lives of individuals living with serious mental illness.
In his role as Housing Program Manager, Kevin oversees Successful Living's Habilitation Housing Program, helping ensure individuals have access to safe, supportive housing where they can build independence, develop life skills, and find greater stability. Through his leadership, Kevin and his team work every day to create opportunities for individuals to grow, work toward their personal goals, and build meaningful lives in their communities.
Kevin's recognition reflects the compassion, teamwork, and dedication that are at the heart of Successful Living's mission. We are grateful for the positive impact he makes on our clients, our staff, and our organization.
