Alisha Pearson
Quality Assurance Manager
Alisha Pearson is the Quality Assurance Manager at Successful Living, where she oversees compliance efforts related to accreditation standards and works closely with program teams to strengthen processes and ensure high-quality service delivery for the individuals supported by the organization. She also partners with the Medication Administrator to support key functions within the Housing Department. Since joining Successful Living in 2016, Alisha has served in a variety of roles across multiple departments, with her experience in Outreach helping shape her strong focus on documentation and compliance. With over a decade of experience working with underserved populations, she is passionate about sharing knowledge and practical strategies with colleagues.
