Ellie Wojcikowski

IPR Program Manager

Ellie is the Program Manager of Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR) at Successful Living. She recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa, with Minors in Spanish and Psychology, and a certificate in Clinical & Translational Sciences. Ellie is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Iowa. Prior to joining Successful Living, Ellie worked for 4 years in clinical research focused on severe mental illness, autonomic functioning, and related protective factors at the University of Iowa. Throughout her time at Successful Living, Ellie has contributed to the Housing program, the Community Services Center, and staff training initiatives. She strongly believes in the principles of psychiatric rehabilitation as a research-backed program emphasizing recovery, self-determination, and person-centered services. Ellie is passionate about mental health advocacy and helping individuals pursue meaningful goals. She enjoys mentoring practitioners and empowering clients and staff to recognize their strengths and reach their full potential.
