Celebrate Black History Month

Successful Living has been aligned with the IC Chapter of the NAACP since its re-inception by Kevin Sanders, Successful Living Hab Home Lead, about three years ago. Linked with our mission to break down barriers for those disadvantaged, Black History Month demarks a significant part of our history and current place in society in which it is important not to just highlight the issues, but also to provide education of them. We are fortunate that The Lens (found on this City of IC site www.icgov.org/SJREinitiatives) does a wonderful job of both of these.
