Our Health & Wellness Festival is right around the corner!

Mark your calendars NOW! We are hosting a huge event in August! Come one, come all!!!

Where: Robt A Lee Recreation Center, downtown Iowa City, in the gymnasium Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2017 Time: 3-6pm (table set-up starts at 2pm) Why: To be good to yourself! Learn tips to look after yourself in mind, body and spirit! HAVE FUN!

There will be a giant bouncy slide, healthy snacks and lots of like-minded people welcoming our whole community!
