Make It OK Goal: Eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness. Stigma is a leading barrier to the treatment for those suffering from mental illness. Through the development of a Make It OK Ambassador Bureau, along with a statewide coordination effort, local Iowa communities will have the opportunity to bring community education and discussions together to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. IPR client Jolynn Herrick caught a 9 lb, 25.75-inch common carp on 5/4/2022. She caught it using an earthworm on a dropshot rig. After a grueling 15-minute battle, she landed the behemoth and sent it back to swim another day.
