What is a Mental Illness?
Make It OK Goal: Eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness. Stigma is a leading barrier to the treatment for those suffering from mental illness. Through the development of a Make It OK Ambassador Bureau, along with a statewide coordination effort, local Iowa communities will have the opportunity to bring community education and discussions together to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. IPR Goes Fishing
IPR client Jolynn Herrick caught a 9 lb, 25.75-inch common carp on 5/4/2022. She caught it using an earthworm on a dropshot rig. After a grueling 15-minute battle, she landed the behemoth and sent it back to swim another day.
